Choc Peanut Butter Protein Cake

Writer's picture: NicoleNicole

Cake for breakfast, yes please. With this protein packed baby, you can now have your cake and eat it too.

I scoured the internet looking for a protein cake that didn't have banana in it, IBS life, banana is not my friend, and also one that didn't have almond or coconut flour in it, because I never seem to have any when I need it. After countless searches I decided to look at the common ingredients and develop this baby, a low carb, high protein treat that can be modified to whatever flavour your heart and tummy desires. And the best bit is that it only takes 60 seconds!
